For PVC window & door manufacturers

Your customer configures the window. The price is already right.

A 3D configurator and quoting engine that runs on your own domain, in your own brand, priced from your own rules, so a visitor stops filling in a contact form and starts building the product they intend to buy.

What your customer does

From "request a quote" to a configured window with a price on it.

A contact form is where interest goes to wait. A configurator keeps the visitor in motion. Every choice is a step closer to a decision, and every step is information you did not have before.

Design
Build the window on screen, in 3D

Window type, opening style, dimensions to the millimetre, profile system, glazing, handles. The model updates as they choose, with a corner-cut view that shows the chamber structure the way a section drawing would.

Finish
Your real colour and decor range

Uni colours, wood decors, brushed-metal finishes, satin and matt variants. The actual foils you offer, not a generic swatch set. Frosted and tempered glass options included.

Price
A live figure, in their currency

The price recalculates on every change, from your margins, your material costs and your rules. You decide whether it shows retail, trade or a range. The pricing logic stays yours and stays private.

Quote
A quotation in their inbox, with your name on it

The configured item goes to a basket, becomes a formal quotation, and reaches the customer as a branded document, while the same quote arrives with your sales team carrying every specification chosen.

Language
English, Italian, Spanish, French

Localised interface and quotation documents. Further languages on request. Translating the interface is a configuration task, not a rebuild.

What you get behind it

The half your customers never see is the half that saves the hours.

Catalogue
Your products, your profile systems

Set up with the systems you actually fabricate, the glazing units you stock, the hardware you fit and the size limits you can physically produce. Requests outside what you can make never reach your quoting desk.

Pricing
Rules you control, not a fixed price list

Cost by area, by perimeter, by component, by finish surcharge; discount tiers per dealer or customer group. Change a material cost once and every quote in the system follows it.

Quoting
A quote generator that removes the callback

Quotations generated, numbered and emailed. Your team reviews and sends rather than measuring, calculating and retyping.

Network
One deployment, every dealer

If you sell through fabricators, dealers or franchise partners, each gets a branded instance on its own price tier, from a single system you control centrally. For a profile extruder this is a network loyalty tool as much as a sales tool.

Hosting
Yours, or mine

Deployed into your infrastructure if you have it. Hosted and maintained by me if you do not, so a fabricator with no IT department needs to acquire none.

What is built

A working demonstration, not a slide deck.

The demonstration runs a small sample catalogue with indicative prices, enough to show the mechanism working end to end, not a finished product range. Your catalogue, your size rules and your rate card would replace all of it. You can click through the whole thing before we speak.

How it reaches your customers

Configured to your catalogue, deployed on your domain, scoped before it is promised.

Delivery time depends on one thing: how large and how complex your range is. A focused range moves fast; a multi-brand catalogue with dealer price tiers takes longer. Rather than quote a date I would have to walk back, I scope against your actual catalogue, and then the date and the figure are fixed.

01

A short call

Twenty minutes. What you make, how you price it, where a configurator sits on your site, and who inside your business it has to serve.

02

A scoped plan and a fixed figure

In writing after the call: what gets built, the timeline against your specific catalogue, and the cost.

03

Your catalogue goes in

Systems, finishes, hardware, size limits and pricing rules, checked against quotes you have already issued, so the numbers it produces match the numbers you would have produced.

04

Live on your domain, in your brand

Your customers see your site throughout. They never know a third party is involved.

Also available

The same engine is built out for dimensional signage (built-up letters, illuminated boxes, fascia signs and totems) as SignForge. Relevant if you also fabricate signage, or if a company in your group does.

Who builds it

One developer, one specialism, direct contact.

No account manager, no ticket queue, no discovery phase billed by the week. You talk to the person writing the code, which is why scoping takes a call rather than a month.

Timotei Antonesei

I build 3D window configurators and quoting systems. The software is mine, written from the ground up. I work with a limited number of manufacturers across Italy, Spain, France and the United Kingdom, because a catalogue built properly takes time that cannot be split ten ways. See how I work.
